Cancellation Policy

Beginning November 1, 2023, the studio will be changing the Cancellation Policy to the following:

  • 100% cancel fee for 48 hours before your session time.
  • 50% cancel fee if you cancel any time during the month scheduled.

Appointment Slots

**********If you do not attend on a regular basis (minimum of 3 times per month) your appointment time may be given to another student on the wait list. We understand emergencies and will review each case by case scenario.
